While Sony has yet to release the XPERIA X3, they have already released a teaser for their upcoming handset, codenamed "Rachael". Technical specifications have not yet been confirmed, but this handset might be powered by Android 2.0.
...it's looking quite sharp, and if the final specs are close to the DROID's we could have a real battle on our hands -- especially since SE's crazy Android UI skin looks pretty sweet.
