PlayStation 4


Sony is already hard at work on the PlayStation 4, or so they say. Unfortunately, “the chances of it showing up at E3 next month are slim-to-none, but they chould be in line to unveil it later this year or early next year with an eye on a holiday 2012 release.”

Sony has stuck to the claim that the PS3 has a ten-year life cycle, which would have it dying off in 2016, but consoles generally hang on for a few years after their predecessors are released as low-cost options.

    Sony was already working on a new PSP with two touch-screens, one on back, and one on the screen… Also, it will have graphics that will rival that of a “handheld PS3″… I hardly think they had time to work on a “PS4″ during any of that.

        and I’m not a micro$oft fanboy I have both consoles and I use Ubuntu on my daily machine… In fact I HATE micro$oft but they made a hell of a console.

    What a fucking piece of shit. First of all that “Boomerang” controller showed up with the fake pictures PS3 controllers way back when the PS3 was just a “rumor”.  Secondly you got 2 different pictures, one that I clicked on that showed PS4 on the side, and the one Im looking at just shows a PS. This site is pure crap, and probably filled with malware

      Oh and one more thing I just noticed, and how could I forget this? When I clicked on the picture to read this article, there is clearly a Xbox 360 button in the middle instead of a Playstation button. This site is filled with crap and failure.

    This is bull, this is a fake, first off that controller is one of the ps3 prototypes second it wouldn’t use the same logo as the ps3 there is no plan for a ps4 yet, the ps3s hardware and software argh designed to be upgradable thus rendering new models unnecessary, take the would of a Sony employee of so hyped up internet tech geek that has nothing better to do than spread lies

    i aint buying any ps4 wether thats real or fake for a couple of reasons
    1.ps3 has internet and online play
    2.ps3 has blu-ray and other formats
    3.ps3 has usb ports
    4.ps3 has 3d
    5.ps3 has rechargable control pads
    6.when the ps3 can do all of that what else can the ps4 possibly do and the ps4 will definately have that stupid cinavia in it if ps3 and some blu-ray players have it

    This is actually the plystation 3 prototype. the controller is the prototype. the console is prototype. and they even decided to be crafty little bastards and shop out the “3″ on it, but forgot to replace it with a 4. good work!
